There are some shared priorities for autism around our region which are explored at regional and sub-regional meetings:

• transition planning for young people with ASCs
• developing diagnostic and assessment services for adults who may be autistic
• planning and organising training for front line staff in health and social care
• supporting the role out of personal budgets and direct payments for families
• exploring employment opportunities for people with ASCs
• collecting information about the needs of local people so that services can be planned to meet those needs
